Nerves are shattering.
Patience is wearing thin.
Just sitting and waiting for the dreaded letter.
The letter that will change the course of this year.
For the better or for worse.
University Acceptance...
Friend rang today to say she got her results.
Shock ran through her as she realised what could happen.
As she Struggles to accept reality.
Plus Stress from family members ringing from overseas to wonder.
Whether the prodigal daughter got accepted or not.
Whether she'll bring the family Pride or shame.
So Much pressure results in fatigue and ache.
Although Father doesnt mention it.
She knows he depends on her....that she's his favourite.
And she'll forever have to bear that knowledge on her shoulders.
21st Of January....
Everything will Change
